A201 is an iron and cobalt dual-active ammonia synthesis catalyst, which is a replacement product of A110 pure iron series catalyst. Especially, the activity is significantly improved under low temperature and low pressure application conditions, which is a leap and change in the quality of ammonia synthesis catalyst.

A201-2 is an improved product of A201 catalyst. It not only retains the low temperature and high activity performance of A201, but also can be used at high temperature (above 495℃) for a long time. It is a wide temperature and high activity catalyst, and its heat resistance, thermal stability, toxicity resistance and service life have been further improved.

Activity index: (according to HG/T3550-2013 ammonia synthesis catalyst test method)

Under laboratory conditions, when the catalyst particle size is 1.0 ~ 1.4mm, the loading capacity is 2ml, the pressure is 15.0Mpa, the space speed is 3×104hr-1, and the temperature is 415℃ (after 20h heat resistance at 500℃), the outlet ammonia is not less than 14.2%.
