This product is a zinc-containing anti-wear hydraulic oil compound that can be used in high and low hydraulic systems in fixed and industrial mobile equipment. It has good oil solubility and is suitable for all kinds of base oils.

Blending process

Select a suitable base oil and stir and raise the temperature to 65±5°C. Add an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, demulsifier, pour point depressant and viscosity increaser as required. Stir evenly at a constant temperature. Add 0.8% KT 55011 and stir evenly at a constant temperature. to qualified quality.

Applications

This product is suitable for preparing anti-wear hydraulic oil with excellent anti-wear properties.

Reference dosage: HM: 0.6%; HM (high pressure), HF-0: 0.85%; HV: 0.85%.

This product can be used to prepare papermaking machine oil. Reference dosage: 1.3%.

Product storage, transportation and safety

When storing, transporting, loading, unloading and using the product, refer to the SH/T0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃. For product safety, user health and environmental precautions, please refer to the safety data sheet of the product.
