Palladium(0)-Catalyzed Deconjugative Allylation : Dimethyl ethylidenemalonate is used in the novel synthesis of conjugated dienes via palladium(0)-catalyzed deconjugative allylation. This process achieves regio- and stereoselective allylation of this compound, producing alpha-allylation products in good yields.
