Scientific research synthesis

The VS-6063 significantly inhibited PFAK (Tyr397) expression in the sensitive (SKOV3IP1) and paclitaxel-resistant (SKOV3-TR) cell lines. The combination of VS-6063 and paclitaxel to reduce proliferation in combination, adding the apoptosis of Skov3IP1, SKOV3-TR, Heya8 and Heya8-MDR cells. VS-6063 and Y15 combine coordinated to reduce the survivability of thyroid cancer cell lines, formation formation, and cellular adhesion.

In PTX sensitivity and PTX drug-resistant model, VS-6063 (50 mg/kg P.O.) and paclitaxel combine the effect of enhancing growth inhibitory. (For reference only)
