Description of Hydrogenated Polydecence
Hydrogenated polydecene is an emollient and is a synthetic polymer. It is a non-sticky emollient that creates a silky smooth feel. It is often used in skin care products because it spreads easily, making creams and lotions easy to apply evenly.
Hydrogenated polydecene is a colorless and transparent liquid with a slight odor and an oxidatively stable hydrocarbon. It has similar physical properties to squalane, the same viscosity and compatibility.
It is often used in high-end skin care products to increase brightness and combing feeling, and is safe, non-irritating and non-sensitive.
