Production method
It is obtained by cold pressing the peel of the ripe fruit of the mandarin orange (Citrus reticulate var. Mandarin), a plant of the Rutaceae family. The yield is 0.2% to 0.85%. It is native to my country and Vietnam, and is now produced in Italy, Spain, the United States, Japan, Greece and Brazil, with a large output in my country.
Production method
It is obtained by cold pressing the ripe peel of the red mandarin (Citrus reticulata), a plant of the Rutaceae family, or some other similar species. The fresh peel is first soaked in dilute lime water, washed, and squeezed. When used, it is sprayed with dilute sodium sulfate, precipitated, filtered, and centrifuged. The yield is 1.8% to 2.4% (the quality of the distilled product is poor, and the yield is higher, about 2.7% to 3.5%).
