1.Wang Resin is the most commonly used resin in Fmoc chemistry for peptides, and is suitable for peptides with C-terminal peptide acid.In peptide synthesis, Fmoc was removed with 20% Piperidine in each cycle, and then the next round of Fmoc-protected amino acids were condensed. After all the peptides were connected, they were cut from the resin with 95% TFA.
