Cationic Additive in Acid and Fracturing Fluid
Cationic Additive in Acid and Fracturing Fluid is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt polymer surfactant, which appears as a colorless to light yellow viscous liquid. The cationic additive for fracturing acidizing fluid is easily soluble in water, safe and non-toxic, has good hydrolytic stability and strong adaptability to changes in pH value; freezing point -2.8°C, specific gravity 1.04g/cm3, and decomposition temperature 280-300°C. When the rock formation is fractured and acidified, clay mineral hydration and particle expansion and migration will occur, leading to formation blockage and a decrease in oil recovery. Cationic additives in the fracturing acidizing fluid can inhibit the hydration expansion and particle migration of clay, improve the effect of fracturing acidification, and extend the effective time of fracturing acidizing treatment. Cationic Additive in Acid and Fracturing Fluid has good compatibility with other fracturing acidizing fluid systems, is easy to construct and prepare, is harmless and odorless.

Product introduction
Application of Cationic Additive in Acid and Fracturing Fluid
During the oil production process, fracturing fluid is squeezed into the formation, creating fractures and increasing seepage capacity. However, sometimes during the fracturing and acidification process, the clay minerals in the rock formation hydrate and expand, and at the same time the particles migrate. The use of this product can inhibit the above phenomenon and have a stabilizing effect on the expanded clay and minerals, thereby significantly increasing the effective time of fracturing and acidification. , to achieve the purpose of increasing production and injection. This product can be used as an "anti-swelling agent" for injecting water. Cationic additives in fracturing acidizing fluids can also be used for "cationic blocking" in polymer flooding, using them to react with "anionic" polymers in the formation to reduce the permeability of high-permeability layers.
Test before use to determine usage method and dosage.
Reference dosage: In fracturing construction, it can be used in water-sensitive sandstone geology with a mud content of more than 5%. The usage concentration is generally 0.05-0.5%. This product should be added after the fracturing thickener is swollen and can be used after recycling.
