Description of DISPERSING AGENTS 24000

It is a solid polymer polymer dispersant. Suitable for industrial coatings (solvent-based), environmentally friendly packaging inks (alcohol, ester-based solvents), packaging inks (benzene, ester-based solvents); retort-resistant inks; UV ink systems to separate grinding carbon and organic pigments.

Product Features
1. Improve the wetting performance and reduce the grinding time, viscosity and storage stability of the abrasive.
2. It can increase the gloss, color strength, transparency and hiding power of ink.
3. It has very good color development and viscosity-reducing effects for various printing and packaging oil-based and I-offset printing systems for dispersing carbon and organic pigments.

Applications of DISPERSING AGENTS 24000

It is a polyester multi-chain polymer dispersant that is widely used in solvent-based and UV inks and coating systems. It shows excellent grinding and dispersing effects on carbon black and organic pigments; especially for various gravure packaging. The dispersed pigments in the ink and UV offset printing oil are more prominent and have very good color development and adhesion effects.

Usage method:

Calculated based on the surface area of the pigment or filler, the recommended dosage is 2mg/m2. Dissolve the dispersant in the solvent in advance, and then Add paint.
