Description of Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Resin（FEP)
Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Resin（FEP) is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It has good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, excellent electrical insulation and low friction coefficient.
Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Resin（FEP) is a resin with low molecular weight and high melt index. It has low extrusion temperature and 5-8 times the extrusion speed of ordinary FEP resin. It is soft, resistant to folding and has good toughness.
Applications of Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Resin（FEP)
It mainly used in aviation, aerospace industry, subway transportation vehicles, automatic switch equipment, oil well testing equipment, flame alarm systems, high-rise buildings, wires and cables near fire areas, computers, communication networks, electrical and other fields；
The especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of small-diameter wire insulation materials. More economical for most uses where high stress crack resistance is not required.
