This product is composed of detergent, polymer ashless dispersant and ashless antioxidant. Used in oil products to ensure that the oil has good high-temperature cleanliness, low-temperature dispersion, and excellent anti-oxidation and anti-wear properties. Especially suitable for preparing high-grade electronic injection motorcycle four-stroke engine oil.

Blending process

Select a suitable base oil, stir and raise the temperature to 65±5°C, add an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, pour point depressant, and viscosity increaser in sequence, stir evenly at constant temperature, add the corresponding dose of KT 33070, and stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

Quality indicators, product storage, transportation and safety

When storing, transporting, loading, unloading and using the product, refer to the SH/T 0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃.
