Product introduction
Blending process
Select a suitable base oil and stir and raise the temperature to 65±5°C. Add an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, pour point depressant and viscosity increaser in sequence. After stirring evenly at a constant temperature, add 14.0% KT 34414 and stir evenly at a constant temperature until the quality is acceptable.
Applications
This product is added to the appropriate base oil at a dosage of 14.0% to prepare fourth-generation lubricating oil for railway locomotives, meeting the lubrication requirements of ND4 locomotives and domestic high-power railway locomotives.

Product storage, transportation and safety
When storing, transporting, loading, unloading and using the product, refer to the SH/T0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃. For product safety, user health and environmental precautions, please refer to the safety data sheet of the product.
