General gear oil compound
This product is a high-performance vehicle gear oil compound. It is a sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen type vehicle gear oil compound agent blended with high-quality sulfene and a single agent of stable quality with advanced compounding technology. Can be used to prepare GL-5 and GL-4 vehicle gear oils. It has good anti-oxidation and anti-wear properties when used in oil products, and has the characteristics of low dosage, good economy and strong applicability.

Product introduction
Blending process
Select a suitable base oil, stir and raise the temperature to 65±5°C, then add an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, demulsifier (industrial gear oil has demulsification requirements), pour point depressant, and viscosity increasing agent. Stir evenly at a constant temperature and then add the corresponding dosage. KT 44201, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

Product storage, transportation and safety
When storing, transporting, loading, unloading and using the product, refer to the SH/T0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃. For product safety, user health and environmental precautions, please refer to the safety data sheet of the product.
