Heavy Duty CF-4 Diesel Engine Oil Complex

This product is compounded of synthetic sulfonates, ashless dispersants, high-temperature detergents, antioxidants and anti-corrosion agents, and high-temperature auxiliary antioxidants. It has good detergency, dispersion, antioxidant and excellent anti-wear properties, and the dosage is moderate. It is an economical engine oil compound additive.

Blending process

Select a suitable base oil and stir it and raise the temperature to 65±5°C. Add an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, pour point depressant and viscosity increaser in sequence. After stirring evenly at constant temperature, add the corresponding dosage of KT 31140. Stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

Product storage, transportation and safety

When storing, transporting, loading, unloading and using the product, refer to the SH/T 0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃.
