High performance SP gasoline engine oil compound

This product is made of high-quality magnesium salts, calcium salt detergents, boronated ashless dispersants, antioxidants and anti-corrosion agents and high-temperature auxiliary antioxidants independently produced by Kangtai. In the appropriate base oil and viscosity index improver formulation system, it can meet the performance requirements of SP level and cover most viscosity levels. It has good antioxidant properties, anti-wear properties and low-speed pre-ignition inhibition. It also has a wide range of base oil applicability.

Blending process

Select a suitable base oil and stir and raise the temperature to 65±5°C. Add an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, pour point depressant and viscosity increaser in sequence. Stir evenly at a constant temperature and then add the corresponding dosage of KT 30190. Stir evenly at a constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

Product storage, transportation and safety

When storing, transporting, loading, unloading and using the product, refer to the SH/T 0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃.
