JHY-901 toughened epoxy curing agent
JHY-901 toughened epoxy curing agent has excellent electrical and mechanical properties; low shrinkage; good cracking resistance and other advantages. The casting glue prepared by using JHY-901 toughened epoxy curing agent can improve the reliability and safety of the transformer and greatly reduce the voltage partial discharge of the transformer. It is easy to operate and has strong process applicability. It is an ideal casting material for transformers and dry-type transformers.

Packaging and storage
25kg, 220kg or 1200kg
Materials should be stored in dry and ventilated conditions, with the ambient temperature below 40°C. Validity period is 6 months. If it exceeds the expiration date, it can only be used after passing the inspection and performance. The remaining materials must be stored in sealed conditions.
Precautions
When mixing, mix the curing agent and epoxy resin evenly before adding fillers and other materials.
The mixing temperature is strictly controlled between 60 and 80°C, and the mixing time is about 1 hour.
When adding accelerator, the quantity must be strictly controlled.
The use time of the mixture is strictly controlled within 4 hours to prevent the mixture from gelling
Operators who spill materials during use should immediately rinse them with tap water and seek medical attention immediately.
If the operator develops allergies while using the materials, please make adjustments in time.
