Introduction

The special curing agent for pultrusion is a new type of curing agent newly developed by our company in response to the needs of the pultrusion market. It is configured by reacting and adding a variety of materials. It has the following advantages:

2. Fast molding time and instant solidification;

Mold temperature: front temperature: 125-130℃, middle temperature 160-165℃, rear temperature 180-185℃

JHY-917 is reasonably formulated according to production needs, so that it can be prepared and used immediately to reduce waste.

When mixing, first mix the curing agent and epoxy resin in proportion, then add the release agent and mix evenly.

Packaging and storage

25kg or 220kg

Materials should be stored in dry and ventilated conditions, with the ambient temperature below 40°C. Validity period is 6 months.

Precautions

Operators who spill materials during use should promptly wipe them with a clean towel, rinse them with plenty of running water, and seek medical attention promptly.

Operators should take good labor protection when using materials, and wear protective masks and protective gloves. If allergies occur, please seek medical treatment in time.
