Description of Phenyl vinyl silicone
This product is a vinyl-containing methylphenylvinyl silicone resin. It appears as a transparent viscous liquid at room temperature.
The cured film of this product has the advantages of high hardness, high refractive index, good light transmittance, strong solvent resistance, water resistance and ablation radiation resistance, good high temperature resistance, and no viscosity increase.
Applications of Phenyl vinyl silicone
It mainly used in the manufacture of silicone encapsulants for high-power and high-refractive LEDs, potting, sealing, bonding and coating of high-transmittance and high-hardness lenses in the optoelectronics, electronics and microelectronics industries.
The products made of it have the excellent characteristics of strong aging resistance, good UV resistance and no yellowing after long-term use.
