Polymer nucleating agent

Polyester nucleating agent is a nucleating agent (crystallization accelerator), which is suitable for all partially formed thermoplastics, especially polyester (PET, PBT), and also suitable for nylon (PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12, Copolymerized PA) and polyhydrocarbons (PP, HDPE). When added to a polymer melt, the amorphous powder is easily separated into very fine particles and then acts as a very efficient nucleator to form a fine crystalline structure.

Description of Polymer nucleating agent

This product is a modified nucleating agent suitable for polyester nylon. It has excellent thermal stability, chemical inertness and dispersibility. It is especially suitable for stiffening and modifying polynylon products and increasing the heat distortion temperature.

It has good compatibility, fine particle size, and can achieve nano-level dispersion.
Improve bending strength, heat distortion temperature, and shorten polymer molding cycle.
Improve the barrier properties of the polymer surface and prevent the filler from being exposed and precipitated.
