Nucleating agent TRUELICHT NA300 is a hydrazide-based polylactic acid nucleating agent with good compatibility with polylactic acid (PLA) resin and can be dissolved in PLA melt at processing temperature. During the cooling process of the resin melt, it first crystallizes and forms nanoscale fibrous crystals through intermolecular self-assembly, inducing the attachment and crystallization of PLA molecules, thereby accelerating the crystallization speed, shortening the molding cycle, and improving the heat resistance, bending modulus and surface gloss of the product.
●Nucleating agent TRUELICHT NA300 can be used for food contact materials. In addition, it also has a good crystallization-promoting effect on crystalline fat-based biodegradable polyesters such as polyalkanoates (PHAs) and polybutylene succinate (PBS). Based on the hydrazide structure in its molecule, this product also has the effect of inhibiting and passivating the catalytic degradation of polymers by variable valence metal ions (heavy metal ions), thus showing a certain stabilization performance.
● Nucleating agent TRUELICHT NA300 The recommended dosage is 0.5~1.5phr of the resin. When it is used with PLA and other resin pellets, other dispersants can be used appropriately to promote uniform dispersion. This product can be directly used in the base resin, or it can be processed into a masterbatch of a certain concentration.
