Introduction and application of Solid Degradation Agent ZY-100mx | Solid Degradation Agent

Uses : As a degradation agent in polypropylene processing.

Ingredients: Functional polypropylene containing 8-10% organic peroxide (excluding benzene organic peroxide) with actual effective active oxygen content of 0.9-1%

Usage : Mix with polypropylene base material in a certain proportion, and then heat extrude and granulate together with polypropylene.

Note: Large-scale continuous granulation equipment can be added through the granulator additive addition system. Adjust the ratio of powder feed according to the target melt index required by the product. Small-scale equipment can directly use the base powder and ZY- 101 solid degradation agent to premix according to the required melt index and a certain ratio, and then co-extrude and granulate.

Product shelf life: below 30℃: 1 year

Note: 1. This product will have a certain degree of hedging effect with the antioxidants (phosphites, thioethers ) in the granulation process , resulting in excessive dosage. The degradation efficiency is reduced. The storage time of this product should not be too long, and it should be used as soon as possible after the package is opened. If the packaging is intact , it is also recommended to use it as soon as possible to ensure the best degradation effect of the product. If this product is used after the shelf life, the degradation efficiency will be reduced.

Taking the basic powder of polypropylene with a melt index of 3g/10min (230℃, 2.16kg) as an example, the recommended dosage is as follows:

Taking the production of melt-blown polypropylene with a target melt index of 1500g/10min (230℃, 2.16kg) as an example, when using basic powder resins with different melt indexes, the recommended amount is as follows:
