1. Used as wear-resistant, high-temperature oxidation-resistant coating and neutron-absorbing coating in nuclear reactors. Used for ceramics, melt-blown on metal and ceramic surfaces to form wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant thin films and semiconductor films. Chromium boride and aluminum oxide are sintered or hot-pressed products in a micro-oxidizing atmosphere, which has practical value for high-temperature wear resistance. 2. Used for ceramics, melt-blown on metal and ceramic surfaces to form a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant film. Used for spraying semiconductor films.
