Main ingredients The main ingredients are mesic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, tocopherol and rapeseed sterol. Source Rapeseed (scientific name: Brassicanapus L.) is a herbaceous crop of the Cruciferae family and the genus Brassica. The stem is upright and branched, with only a few scattered bristles on young leaves; the petiole is 2.5-6 cm long and has lobes at the base; the middle and upper stem leaves gradually change from oblong elliptical to lanceolate, with a heart-shaped base and clasping the stem. The raceme is corymbose; the pedicel is 6-12 mm long; the sepals are ovate and the petals are light yellow. The siliques are linear, with thin beaks of the fruit petals; the fruit pedicel is about 2 cm long. The seeds are spherical, yellow-brown, often black near the hilum, and have a reticular nest. The flowering period is March-April, and the fruiting period is April-May. Rapeseed oil is what we commonly call rapeseed oil, also known as coriander oil. It is a transparent or translucent liquid obtained by squeezing the seeds of the cruciferous plant Brassica (i.e. rapeseed). The color is golden or brown, and it has a certain pungent smell. Efficacy and function 1. Health care effects of rapeseed oil 1. Clear the liver and gallbladder. People with liver and gallbladder problems, such as fatty liver, hepatitis, gallstones or cholecystitis, must choose rapeseed oil when cooking. 2. Lower blood lipids and lose weight. Rapeseed has a strong effect on promoting fat decomposition. For people with high blood lipids and obesity, eating rapeseed oil can reduce fat and lose weight. Moreover, rapeseed oil is the easiest oil to digest, and its digestion and absorption rate in the human body can reach 99%. People with hepatitis and cholecystitis should not eat more other oils, but eating rapeseed oil is no problem. 2. Therapeutic effects of rapeseed oil 1. Rapeseed oil is sweet, spicy, and warm in nature; it can moisturize and kill insects, disperse fire, and reduce swelling and poison. It is clinically used for roundworm and food-induced intestinal obstruction with good results. 2. Rapeseed oil has anti-inflammatory effect: Raw rapeseed oil has a certain effect on treating burns, because it can enter the blood, cool blood and detoxify, and enter the lung meridian, promoting skin growth. Therefore, the ancients used it for external application to treat rubella, eczema and various skin itching. 3.
