Introduction and application of POLYGLYCERYL-10 OLEATE | CAS：9007-48-1
Light yellow viscous liquid, odorless, slightly sweet. Soluble in benzene, glycerin, propylene glycol, hot ethanol and cold ethyl acetate, insoluble in cold water, but can be dispersed into an emulsion by stirring in hot water. HLB. Value is 8-14.5 (tetramer to decamer). Rat LD50 20g/kg, ADIO ~ 25mg/kg (FAO7WHO, 1994). Use W/O type food emulsifier, with good dispersing and emulsifying effects. my country stipulates that it can be used for lactic acid bacteria beverages, plant protein beverages, ice cream, popsicles, and ice cream.
