Rail oil compound

This product is compounded with imported inactive sulfur-containing oily agents, antioxidants, anti-rust agents and anti-wear agents and other additives. It has the characteristics of light color and light odor. Lubricating oil suitable for lubrication of various precision machine tool guide rails and impact vibration (or load) friction points to reduce the "crawling" sliding phenomenon when sliding at low speeds.

Blending process

Select a suitable base oil and stir and raise the temperature to 65±5°C. Add an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, demulsifier, pour point depressant and viscosity increaser as required. Stir evenly at a constant temperature and then add 2.5% KT 55015. Stir evenly at a constant temperature. to qualified quality.

Applications

This product can prepare guide rail oil with viscosity grades of 32, 68, 100, and 150. The reference dosage is 2.5%

Product storage, transportation and safety

When storing, transporting, loading, unloading and using the product, refer to the SH/T0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃. For product safety, user health and environmental precautions, please refer to the safety data sheet of the product.
