Product Features Description

AF-205 reinforced resin is a general-purpose phenolic reinforced resin. It has a granular appearance and is not easy to dust, making it easy to weigh. When AF-205 reinforcing resin is used together with methylene donor, the hardness, tearing, wear resistance, strength and elongation properties of the rubber can be improved through thermal vulcanization reaction. In order to obtain good reinforcing effect, it is necessary to add hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) equivalent to 10% of AF-205 reinforcing resin as reinforcing resin cross-linking agent. HMT can also be replaced by other methylene donors, such as In order to prevent scorching during the rubber mixing process, hexamethoxymethylmelamine (HMMM) needs to be added in the early stage of mixing to exert its plasticizing effect, while the methylene donor should be added in the late stage of rubber mixing. Add the accelerator and sulfur together.

Use

The recommended dosage is 5-15 servings.
