This product is a granular NA-98 product processed through a special production process on the basis of powdered NA-98. It is a sorbitol-based polypropylene transparent nucleating agent. The product is non-toxic and odorless, and there will be no unacceptable odor caused by the decomposition and residual smell of the nucleating agent during the polypropylene processing and in the final product.

Product introduction

This product meets the safety certification requirements for food packaging materials and is suitable for food packaging materials and high-end polypropylene products.

Compared with powdered products, it has the following advantages:

1. The granular product pile has a large specific density and better fluidity, which solves the problem of difficulty in feeding and uneven feeding during use;

2. Granular products have less dust and are less likely to generate static electricity in the feeding pipes, causing pipe blockage.

Product Usage

This product is suitable for nucleation modification of polypropylene products. It can significantly improve the transparency, gloss, rigidity, flexural modulus and tensile strength of polypropylene films, sheets and molded products; increase the heat deformation temperature of the products. and dimensional stability, shortening the molding cycle and improving production efficiency.

Instructions

This product has good dispersion and can be used directly with resin. When using it, you only need to mix the product with the resin material evenly and then injection mold or extrude it.

The recommended dosage of this product is 0.1~0.3%, and the recommended extrusion plasticizing temperature is set to 220~250℃.

Packaging and storage

This product is packaged in PE bags with a net weight of 15kg.

This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place. Pay attention to moisture, light and heat.
