Tackifying resin HA368, HA369

HA368 and HA369 are a new generation of high-grade natural tackifying resins with extremely light color and stability. They are developed from refined rosin as the basic raw material through partial hydrogenation, esterification, stabilization and other processes. It has the advantages of light color, good aging resistance, and good compatibility with polymer materials, and can meet the special needs of the adhesive industry. HA369 is also particularly suitable for formulating hot melt adhesives for high-end sanitary products.

Product performance

1. Very light color and low odor.

2. It can greatly improve the bonding strength of pressure-sensitive adhesive.

3. Good heat resistance, color deepening is less than 2 at 180°C for 8 hours.

4. It has good antioxidant properties and has good self-adhesiveness before and after aging in pressure-sensitive applications.

5. Good solubility, soluble in cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone and other solvents.

6. It has good compatibility and can be miscible with various polymers such as NR, CR, SBR, SBS, SIS, EVA, etc. in any proportion. In particular, it can form a transparent system in all ratio ranges with SBS, SIS, and EVA.

Main recommended end uses

1. SBS hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive: sanitary napkin adhesive, structural adhesive, etc.

2. EVA hot melt adhesive: packaging glue, book binding glue, cigarette glue, etc.

3. Hot melt coating.

4. Sealant, etc.
