Tackifying resin HA482, HA492
HA482 and HA492 are a family of ultra-light-colored, ultra-stable composite natural resins. They are developed from rosin as the basic raw material through refining, decolorization, polymerization, esterification and other processes. It has the advantages of high softening point, high viscosity and good heat resistance. Especially suitable for EVA hot melt adhesive and hot melt coating industries.

Product performance
1. Light color and low odor.
2. It can greatly improve the bonding strength of EVA glue.
3. It has good heat resistance, and the EVA glue used to thicken the resin ages very well.
4. Good antioxidant properties and long shelf life.
5. Good solubility, soluble in cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone and other solvents.
6. It has good compatibility and can be miscible with various polymers such as NR, CR, SBR, SBS, SIS, EVA, etc. in any proportion. In particular, it can form a transparent system with SBS, SIS, and EVA in all ratio ranges, which is incomparable to petroleum resins.
Main recommended uses
1. Hot melt adhesive: packaging glue, cigarette stick glue, etc.
2. Hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive: sanitary napkin adhesive, etc.
3. Solvent heat-sensitive adhesive: laminating adhesive, etc.
4. Hot melt coating.
