Description of Tertiary carbonic acid epoxy acrylate/CAE

This product is a functional monomer formed by the graft reaction of tertiary carbonic acid, acrylic acid and epoxy resin. The molecular structure of this product has double bonds provided by acrylic acid.
It's easy to react, taking into account the molecular structure characteristics of epoxy resin and tertiary carbon, both of them can provide excellent adhesion.

Applications of Tertiary carbonic acid epoxy acrylate/CAE

1. In the synthesis of water-based polymer emulsions and resins, the emulsions and resins synthesized by this product can well improve the adhesion of the system and can be used in water-based adhesives, industrial paints, wood paints and other systems.

2.In UV light curing systems, such as UV color pastes and powder coating resins, it has good wetting and dispersing properties for pigments. Therefore, the UV system facilitates UV rays to penetrate the colored coating and improves the curing time.
