Two-stroke engine oil compound

This product is made up of various single agents such as low ash detergent and single ashless dispersant. It has the characteristics of excellent cleanliness, lubricity, low ash content and outstanding smoke exhaust performance. It also has anti-rust and anti-pre-ignition properties, which can reduce the clogging of the exhaust system.

Blending process

Select a suitable base oil, stir and raise the temperature to 65±5°C, add an appropriate amount of anti-foaming agent, pour point depressant, and viscosity increaser in sequence, stir evenly at constant temperature, add the corresponding dose of KT 30100, and stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is acceptable.

Product storage, transportation and safety

When storing, transporting, loading, unloading and using the product, refer to the SH/T 0164 standard and the safety data sheet of the product. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75℃; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45℃. For product safety, user health and environmental precautions, please refer to the safety data sheet of the product.
