Description of UHMWPE (ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE)
It is an excellent linear thermoplastic engineering plastic.It refers to a linear structure polyethylene with a viscosity average molecular weight of more than 1.5 million. It has six properties: excellent impact resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, and impact energy absorption.
Applications of UHMWPE (ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE)
1)Processing of wear-resistant parts on ordinary injection molding machines;
2)Injection molded self-lubricating wear-resistant bushings (oil-free lubrication), gears, shock-absorbing and noise-reducing gaskets, conveyor belt rollers, and sliders;
3)Injection molding anti-corrosion and wear-resistant mortar pumps, material pumps, and fluid pump impellers, pump casings and other accessories;
