Description of UV Curable Inks
UV light-curable ink cures quickly and consumes less energy than traditional ink. It can be used on heat-sensitive substrates. The cured product has superior performance and is a green industrial technology with low VOC emissions.
It could be used on paper substrates and non-paper substrates, can also be printed on ordinary substrates, and can also be printed on non-absorbent materials such as film, metal or plastic.
Applications of UV Curable Inks
The amount of printing ink used is small. Because UV printing ink does not contain solvents, only 1/3 to 1/2 of the amount of traditional printing ink is needed to achieve the desired effect.
Products printed by UV curing inkjet have better gloss, are not easy to fade, have high production efficiency, and the printing speed is much faster than using traditional water-based inkjet or solvent inkjet.
