Product Features Description

AF-1045 is a thermally reactive octyl phenolic resin containing active hydroxymethyl groups. AF-1045 is suitable for butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene and natural rubber, and is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. AF-1045 is a sheet-shaped product that is not easy to dust, easily dissolved in solvents, and easily mixed into rubber materials, and will not pollute the workplace and equipment. In butyl rubber, AF-1045 is combined with halogen and zinc donors to form butyl rubber vulcanizate, which has excellent resistance to high heat and compression permanent deformation, and has excellent thermal stability.

Use

The recommended mixing amount of AF-1045 is 8-12 parts based on 100 parts by weight of rubber. At the same time, 5-10% chloroprene or 2-5% metal halide must be added as an active agent.

Package

AF-1045 standard packaging is paper-plastic composite bag or plastic bag, net weight 25KG.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place, 12 months.
