Application

• Water-based self-drying or amino-baking anti-rust primer;

• Water-based self-drying or amino-baking bottom-in-one anti-rust paint;

• Acrylic emulsion antiseptic performance modifier;

Instructions

Self-drying or low-temperature drying system: directly add water to dilute; it can also be used with KDD® AD1485W drier to improve dryness more efficiently. The added amount is 3-9% of the resin amount. When adding, ensure that the system has sufficient shear force. .

High-temperature baking system: With methyl etherified amino resin, it is recommended that the amount of amino added is 5-25% of the resin.

Precautions

1. When adding acidic pigments, the pH value of the system should be tested first. The pH value can be adjusted by using KDD® PH1109 regulator, N, N-dimethylethanolamine, triethylamine or ammonia.

2. When the water-soluble content of pigments and fillers added to the system is high, the shear stability of the system will be destroyed.

3. The viscosity of the resin will increase as the pH value increases.

4. It can be diluted with alcohol and alcohol ether solvents. Unless it is necessary to solve related paint film problems, it is generally not recommended to dilute with solvents.

Store

1. It can be stored stably under weakly alkaline conditions, but will settle and stratify under acidic conditions.

2. 0-40℃, store in a cool and dry place;

3. The water-based acrylic resin manufacturer's products are valid for one year. If they expire and pass the test, they can continue to be used.
