Specification of MEB-HM
It has long-chain fatty acid groups and amide groups in the molecule, and is a stable solid surfactant that resists heat and chemical substances. Among fatty acid waxes, it has a high melting point and can improve surface properties with a small amount (add 0.1 to 2.0%).

Instructions of MEB-HM
Please add this product to the solvent, then heat to dissolve, and cool while stirring. The paraffin will precipitate and form a paste.
The solder powder is stirred and mixed with the solvent containing thixotropic agent to obtain the finished solder paste.
The addition ratio of thixotropic agent in the solvent is about 2---10% (weight percentage)
